Reporting
Lois auto-generates many of the mandatory system reports, like Month-End Sales and Monthly Stock Valuations. Being a live system, reports can also be run on an instant basis, pre-set periods or by date range for historical lookup.
All reports are permanently stored on the system once generated for audit trail purposes and can be viewed as either a web page or exported as a CSV to be read in another application, e.g. MS Excel.
The system is loaded with standard transaction and stock control reports along with some of the more retail-centric reports like “Top Customer” or “Shop summary” analysing the individual performance of a store against targets set in the system, previous years figures, individuals contributions etc.
The thorough reporting system allows you to keep on top of your stock; print-off daily sales reports for stocking up purposes, check Velocity Reports to review stock amounts and Top Selling Items Reports too see how well certain items or brands are selling. Reports can (and are) used to daily to ensure total management of stock and personnel.
