Support for any system is paramount. Not only have our Help Desk personnel full understanding of the system, they have also had to use the system in a real retail environment, thus having first hand knowledge of what the person on the other end of the phone is going through.
A free line of communication is provided along with a simple webcam for hardware diagnosis and the messaging system also can be used for non-urgent support messaging. Hardware and software are supported and the package includes web hosting.
As the system evolves and expands all software updates will be available free of charge.
