Retail businesses are fast-paced and everchanging. At LOIS we understand the importance of having clear lines of communication and support between LOIS clients and ourselves. We have several lines of communication open to our clients; insuring you have a service which keeps up with the demand of the day-to-day running of your business.
Support for any system is paramount. Not only have our Help Desk personnel full understanding of the system, they have also had to use the system in a real retail environment, thus having first hand knowledge of what the person on the other end of the phone is going through.
LOIS Clients are able to communicate with LOIS Support Staff through three lines of communication. A free VOIP telephone line is provided for direct communication and the messaging system also can be used for non-urgent support queries. LOIS clients can also opt for a simple webcam to be installed, which is used for hardware diagnosis. Hardware and software are supported and the package includes web hosting.
As the system evolves and expands all software updates will be available free of charge.
