Dartagnan Menswear
Established for 39 years, Dartagnan Menswear is an exclusive men’s designer boutique with 2 stores in the South East. The stores sell across the board mens branded clothing, shoes and accessories. A personal service creates a relationship with the customer leading to loyalty explains Matt Horstead, owner for the last 6 years.
Implementation of a 2 till system + back office was worked around Dartagnans opening hours to totally eliminate retail disruption with the new system. Training was done in the LOIS training centre pre-implementation so that the moment the system was live in store the staff were at ease.
