Casa Fina is an Interiors based store in the heart of Chichester specialising in ceramics and household decorative items. Their product is sourced internationally making most items unique. The store is a breakaway from the original CasaFina franchise chain.
Tim and Janet Tuckett purchased the business from the previous owners in 2003. New to retail but with Business consultancy experience at a very high level, Tim decided to observe the business as it was for a while before deciding the areas in need of help and the areas of the business where a potential to increase profits lay.
“Mail order is extremely important part of the business; many wedding lists are held and these are managed from the store.
The business also has an unmanned warehouse so it is imperative that the warehouse stock holding data is live and accessible to the store. With the advent of internet shopping, the LOIS e-commerce linkage is the perfect way for us to enable simultaneous store, mail-order and internet sales without incurring any further staff expenditure and maintain high levels of stock efficiency.
